For an old techie this is fun!! It’s a lot of power in a small handheld computer/storage device. Learning curve is steep, but a little help from a three year old makes it easier. Wifi internet capability is in the mix along with many apps for fun, free or purchase. Movie, music and audio downloads abound. Good product. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

I have vista 64, I can’t turn the labtop on (my wm remote can ,the pc is shutoff), but I can turn if off with this remote. There isn’t a display change button like in wm remote.,,,,,,,,,,,,, Therefore , I use my wm remote to turn on the labtop and change display to tv, then I use this pc remote to controll all other. My labtop has ir,but you will still need to plug in the ir cable. The Hotkey can be set to any PROGRAM you want to open. For example, in wm player, right click wm icon to property and set the shortcut by pressing ctrl+alt+A, then with the 1st hotkey button you can open it. Another example when I play game, I may need to open 2 programs at the same time (one for the game itself and one for mapping my controller). You will need to go to program #1, repeat the same steps mention above, ctrl+alt+B, then program #2 ctrl+alt+2, then with one push of 2nd hotkey you can open both at same time.
Don’t know about battery life.
Wireless USB PC Remote

This is just about the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used. My home is undergoing remodeling so we are constantly struggling with dust and other things tracked onto the floors and rugs. This little lightweight vacuum cleans it all up in short order. It’s not too loud (my cat is not afraid of it) and it is easy to switch from upright to the hose and tools. Just one issue – I would prefer the tools to be a little wider. It’s hard to vacuum a chair or couch with a five inch wide upholstery tool.

So I bought this book because I’ve seen it in stores/online/etc. I didn’t like it too much, I like Artemis and Butler but that’s about it. I bought the second to see if it was better than the first, it was. I bought the third to see if it was better than the second, it was. I bought the forth to see if it was better than the third, it was. And I bought the fifth because I liked the rest, and the fifth was awesome.

What I’m trying to get at is, don’t be turned off by the first, because THEY DO get better.

I have had my pink OtterBox for about a month and I am very happy with it. It was easy to put on, and seems very sturdy. I have not had any issues with the sound quality or camera. Thankfully I have not yet dropped my iphone, so I can’t comment on its protection from falls.

I own two of these cameras and I use them as baby monitors for my twins. They’re great, and the night vision is a great plus! Works from across the house and even out to the patio with minimal interference. We have WiFi throughout the house and a wireless phone, and they don’t cause any noticeable interference with the video or audio.

Unless you’ve been locked in a coffin for the past four years, you already know that Twilight is the story of the romance between out-of-place teenager Bella and ageless vampire Edward. The novel was initially marketed at Young Adult readers, but Stephanie Meyer’s first novel quickly proved that it had the ability to cross age barriers and has become a publishing tsunami.

Stephanie Meyer is either a genius, naive, or perverted. I’m not sure which. What an ingenious feat she has accomplished. The concept of an 100-year old vampire obsessed with a 16-year old girl is more disturbing than anything Anne Rice has written (even in her sado-sexual fantasy novels), and Meyer has brilliantly disguised all this perversion in the guise of a sappy romance … and the general public has swallowed it completely! Lolita could not find an American publisher for years, but Meyer’s books are proudly displayed on the shelves of Wal-Mart and school libraries across America!

The story is told in first person from the perspective of Bella, who is shy and lacking in confidence; her sarcastic inner voice narrates the story for the reader. Meyer keeps Bella’s narrative simple and yet full of beautiful passages.

The romance between Edward and Bella is both touching and creepy. There is a melancholic feel to their impossible love, yet at the same time they both are unwilling to give up hope that their relationship is not doomed. The book reaches a fever pitch of excitement as the romance between Bella and Edward turns into a frantic race to stay alive. But again, Edwar is 100 years old, and Bella is sixteen.

I admire any writer who goes against convention; most of us have become bored by the glut of cookie-cutter vampire books that flooded the market in the post 1980s success of Anne Rice. Meyer uses the vampire device as an interesting way to explore a very cliqued story: young teenage forbidden love, and pulls it off with a disturbing touch of dark romanticism. Bravo!
