This steam vac has spin brushes and the spray and vacuum with rug shampoo. It did a great job on my cream carpets.I purchased a much more expensive steam vac without the spin scrub feature and it did not do nearly as good a job. This was a great value for me. It was inexpensive to buy, worked great. This also has upholstery attachment.
Haven’t tried that yet. I rate this a winner.

I bought the Kindle 2 with the intent to start doing more recreational reading, and it has definitely helped me reach that goal.

A great side effect is that it has made me more effective at my job, as it has made accessible lots of technical texts that I can purchase within seconds and start reading straight away! The other night I was at a seminar and was inspired to read a text book recommended by the guest speaker – whilst on the way home on the train I purchased the book and was reading it within minutes. It was also MUCH cheaper than it would have been had I wanted to buy it from a bookshop or online.

If you buy a Kindle you should have the right expectation of what it is, otherwise you will be disappointed. It’s not a replacement for all physical books: the screen is not all that large and not very high resolution which makes it difficult to see certain types of information. For example, technical diagrams and maps which really need colour don’t display well on the screen. Of course, there’s always the Kindle DX but still it’s not colour. Text is perfectly readable and crisp.

Also, although the Kindle has wireless internet, it’s not a tablet computer (can anyone say iPad?) – treat it like a reading book and you’ll be using it as it was intended and won’t be disappointed.

I would love to be able to customise my Kindle (e.g. themes, screensavers) without voiding the warranty. Also being able to better browse the books I have on the device (the UI is clunky) and being able to choose which books to archive would make the Kindle much better. I am hoping that Amazon will release a software update with these enhancements.

It’s a very simple tool. If you’re capable of brushing your hair you’re more than qualified to use this. It does help reduce the amount of stray fur on the floor and on the furniture.

Really bright initially!. I bought this light together with Planet Bike Blinky Super Flash 1/2-Watt Blaze LED Plus 2 eXtreme LED Rear Bicycle Light. The run time for 1/2-Watt light seems to last Longer, however this light has better visibility initially when the batteries have more juce.

VERY BRIGHT LIGHT. EXTREMELY BRIGHT LIGHT. Viewable distance is excellent. But the best part is the flashing scheme. It does not flash like any ordinary flasher. It has 2 smaller LEDs that flash together and there is big strobe LED that flashes out of sync from the other 2 LEDs. This light pattern catches the attention of drivers much better than a regular flashing LED.
