I recently received the Kindle and so far I find it extremely enjoyable! The pages turn easily, the downloading is very easy and the font sizes are great to choose from. I only wonder at times why certain books have so many missing words in a sentence. The sentence usually makes sense, not always, but mostly. I am not very happy with how the page count is applied. I have no idea what the numbers mean at the bottom of the page. I go by the percentage of what I have read. I would prefer to just have numbers at the bottom of the page as regular books do. 1, 2, 3, 4……Clearly understood.

I did not think the wires or construction were too thin or inappropriate. However, overall rating only 2 stars because it is not a stereo plug! Maybe mine was defective, but this splitter mixed the right and left audio signals. Not what I expect for a splitter advertised to use with an iPod, in my opinion.
Apple IPOD Speaker Headphone

I myself have never seen Led Zeppelin live, but this is the next best thing. The songs on this double CD are even more explosive than the studio recordings. Jimmy Page is unbelievable on the guitar and you can almost see Robert Plant on stage because there is so much emotion in his voice. John Bonham is stellar on the drums in a 12 minute version of Moby Dick and John Paul Jones has a great organ solo in No Quarter. If you want a new twist from Led Zeppelin this is a CD for you. It is a great recording and you can’t even hear the crowd during the songs. I would recommened this strongly to anyone who enjoys music.

We just used boiling water without soap as suggested by Mary Hunt the columnist.
Don’t soak the carpet, and vacuum until there isn’t any water coming up thru the clear plastic shield. It got close to walls and has strong suction. The carpet was barely damp after and the waste water was dirty so we know it cleaned. The machine is a lot of plastic but is easy to assemble and clean just be careful and don’t force or over tighten items. The instructions are very good and detailed. For the price we are delighted.

Product works great, but I’m not sure it is a 3rd generation IPOD. Checked on the apple website with product ID and it said 2nd generation. Otherwise it meets expectations.

I got it for my husbands birthday, eversince my son liked it, so, we haven`t see the kindle yet. My son takes it everywhere and he`s enjoying it. We are waiting to see in few weeks if he get`s bored or gives it back,
anyhow in order to read and enjoy I will be ready to get a new kindle.

the only bad thing is that kindle never goes on sale!!!!!

I was so happy with the purchase of my PC headset to smartphone adapter Headset Buddy: PC to 3.5mm Smartphone Adapter: Convert Dual 3.5mm to 3.5mm, PC Computer Headset to iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, Samsung, LG, HTC that I bought this adapter for my husband. Sound quality is great and he takes with with him everywhere he goes (instead of carrying around 2 headsets).

I’ve been faithfully backing up 2 PCs on this drive and I thought I had a sense of security. I’ve never needed to restore anything until a PC recently crashed and I had to restore it back to factory. I tried using the backup software to restore all my files, and, after many interactions with tech support, I learn that each weekly backup ISN’T a FULL backup, but an incremental (only backs up files that were changed since last backup) and the only way to restore my files, apparently, is to restore one-by-one each restore point since I started using the drive, starting with the earliest, all the way to the newest. In my case, that will be over 50 restore points! Only problem is the drive manages its space, and, when it begins to run out of space, it “grooms” the older files so they’re no longer available. I guess we should be careful that a “COMPLETE BACKUP” as indicated on the software is only an incremental. Wishy-washy, huh? I wish I had used a different product for backup

I love this book because I can read it once a decade since I first encountered it in high school so many years
ago and like it just the same. Holden is forever lively, silly, young and engaging–and it still makes me
shake my head when I remind myself that the story takes place in the late 1940’s. Goes to show you things
really do not change–especially, the sporadic emotions of teens. But I need to say while Salinger’s little
novel is engaging, it is limited. I can understand why people are questioning its immense popularity.
Holden’s journey is just a “slice of life” and not a full story that merits classic fiction.
