Space Onesie

We bought this vacuum from Amazon in September 2008 based on the many favorable reviews. We were initially very satisfied with its performance. However, after 15 months of normal household use and just after the warranty period expired, this vacuum cleaner started producing a grinding noise and clouds of acrid smoke. I took the vacuum apart and checked for any obstructions. Everything was clear and the roller and original belt were fine. I tested the motor again with no load and it immediately started smoking and grinding.

An $80.00 vacuum that lasts only 15 months is an expensive proposition. If you decide to buy this model, understand that you are taking a gamble with your 80 bucks.

This nuvi portable mount works great and is pretty stable. The only time I had an issue was taking a curve a bit to fast. This is also easy to hide under my driver seat. Well worth it and much less expensive than the Garmin site even with a 20% discount.

I bought 2 of these scales based on the reviews. They agree with each other to 0.4 lbs and each gives consistent readings. I have performed multiple weighings on each scale numerous times and ALWAYS get the SAME reading – incredible precision for such a reasonably priced scale. (On my old scale, I had to weigh myself 3 times and take the middle value for any sort of consistency.) They both seem quite accurate, too, as they read about 2 lbs more than my old scale (bummer), which always read about 2 lbs light compared to professional scales. Bottom line, these scales are easy-to-use, accurate, attractively designed, and inexpensive – a virtually perfect product!

This book was an absolute delight to read. Characters fleshed out enough to actually care about them and a well-researched insight into Depression-era circus life.
As fare as plot goes, there’s probably nothing you haven’t already seen or read a hundred times over in romance novels, or Lifetime Network movies for TV. Same material set against a new backdrop.
Sometimes a good read is just that – a good read. It doesn’t have to be life-changing – just entertaining. I love how it was all told as a personal history.
I do appreciate the author’s exhaustive research to get the circus terms right. My only (small) complaint (and maybe I missed something) was that not all the terms were defined for the reader. It does not take away from the storyline at all.

Heart rate is difficult to read while running but other features are easy to see. I have good luck locating satellites and mileage is accurate. Uploading is easy and fast. I am quite pleased with this device.
